DENTIFY® American Pattern Extracting Forceps No. 88R are used for the extraction of severely decayed, fractured, or broken-down maxillary (upper) right first and second molars. Nevius Cowhorn pattern has a distinct, split-jaw asymmetrical profile. The right beak features a single, deeply hooked, pointed structural prong designed to penetrate and lock directly into the buccal root bifurcation. The opposite palatal beak splits into two distinct, smooth-flared prongs designed to wrap securely around the large palatal root without slipping off the enamel crown.

Traditional American-pattern box-joint hinge provides a perfectly smooth, fluid movement, balanced handling, and a secure grip during extractions.
