The Coupland Root Elevator 3mm is designed to loosen teeth, sever the periodontal ligament, and elevate fractured or deeply buried roots with exceptional precision.

The flat, gouge-like 3mm working end acts as a highly efficient wedge, generating a powerful elevating force within the socket with minimal physical effort. Low-profile blade is incredibly sharp and slim, allowing it to slip effortlessly into the narrow periodontal ligament (PDL) space. Manufactured for atraumatic extractions, it offers maximum control to prevent unnecessary expansion or fracturing of the delicate buccal cortical bone plate.
