The Coupland Root Elevator 4mm is designed to loosen larger teeth, sever the periodontal ligament, and elevate heavily fractured or deeply buried roots.

The broad, gouge-like 4mm working end functions as a highly efficient wedge, generating a massive elevating force within the socket with minimal physical effort. The blade has a sharp, tapered edges that allow it to slip effortlessly into the narrow periodontal ligament (PDL) space of larger tooth structures.
