DENTIFY® Apical Root Elevator #77R (often referred to as the #77R Apical Elevator) is used for deep periodontal ligament (PDL) luxation, elevator wedging, and expanding alveolar sockets prior to extraction. 

Ergonomically designed handle provides maximum control and precision. French stainless steel tip stays sharper.

Clinical Uses of Apical 77R Elevator:
Severing periodontal ligament (PDL) attachments and expanding socket walls prior to using extraction forceps. Elevating and retrieving deep-seated apical root fragments, broken roots, and submerged tooth stubs. 

Sterilization & Maintenance:
Fully autoclavable and compatible with standard sterilization.
