The Warwick James Root Elevator Straight severs the periodontal ligament and predictably lifts fractured or deeply buried roots along the midline when a direct anterior approach is needed.

The inline blade provides exceptional axial leverage, allowing a precise upward elevating force with complete control. low-profile spade tip slides effortlessly into the narrowest periodontal ligament (PDL) spaces. Designed for atraumatic extractions, it minimizes pressure on the surrounding socket walls, effectively preventing unnecessary expansion or fracturing of the delicate buccal cortical bone plate.

Common Uses:
The Warwick James Straight elevator is highly indicated for the initial luxation (loosening) and elevation of anterior teeth, single-rooted premolars, and easily accessible retained root fragments where a straight, direct-line path is anatomically ideal.
