Alm Retractor Blunt 4x4 teeth are commonly used for general surgical procedures for soft tissue retraction in small areas of the body. The Alm retractor is self-retaining and operates with the screw. It opens and locks the arms into place.

The arms have outward curving blunt prongs to hold the tissue securely.
