A very popular emasculator has a double-crushing part. The cutting lever works separately. This allows extra time for crushing action and diminishes after bleeding. The back lock keeps on crushing without hand power unless unlocked while cutting can be done with a separate part attached to it.

This tool has three actions: clamping, crushing, and cutting. As the jaws are closed on the spermatic cord it is gripped by the clamping part. Back-lock retains the clamping part closed unless unlocked.
